Shipping policy

Consideration for lead time will be based on regular working days; excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Please allow time for order processing before we send you our confirmation of order via email.

We'll deliver your items in the Metro Manila area within 3 to 5 working days. You'll receive tracking information related to the delivery of good. 

For orders outside Metro Manila, both local and international, we will send via standard or express insured service. Please allow up to 7 to 12 working days. For international orders; while we do provide complimentary shipping, your local taxes and duties may still apply. 

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure lead times for your orders. However, please give allowance for delays given the current effects of COVID-19 on logistics. 

While we can ship locally and internationally to most countries, we can also prepare your orders for pick up in any of our showrooms. 

For Store Pickup and Curbside Service, items may be picked up during store hours by appointment.
